Session 2: Biofilm Removal with Safe, Selective Instrumentation for Dental Implants! (Tuesday, December 8, 2026)
This course replaces outdated implant‑maintenance myths with an evidence‑based framework for safe, selective biofilm removal and least‑invasive therapies. Hygienists will review the American College of Prosthodontists’ full‑arch maintenance guidelines and learn effective techniques including airflow, polishing systems, ultrasonics, manual instrumentation, desiccation therapy, perioscopy, and adjunctive technologies – building confidence in delivering long‑term, predictable implant care.
