Medical Assistance: Dakota Valley OMS is unable to accept patients enrolled in any Minnesota Health Care Program or Medical Assistance/Medicaid, with the exception of Health Partners MA. In addition, we are contractually prohibited from accepting cash payment from patients who have Medicaid coverage.
